OUR STORY
Property Experience at the Heart of Goldline
Goldline was created from years of experience across property, from maintenance and lettings through to renovation, design and development.
That background gives us a practical understanding of what makes a property work — not only on paper, but throughout the project and once the space is in use.
Today, Goldline works closely with property owners and investors, with a particular interest in bringing older buildings back into use and raising the standard of co-living accommodation.

The People Behind Goldline
Goldline combines practical property experience with a personal approach. Meet Peter and Jessica and find out more about the experience they bring to the business.
FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
Peter Goldthorpe
Peter has worked in property for more than two decades, beginning his career as a Planning Manager for Carillion before moving into commercial and residential property maintenance.
He later established his own letting agency, where he gained extensive hands-on experience working with landlords and property investors. During this time, the business rented more than 2,500 HMOs, flats and houses, while Peter was involved in the renovation of over 600 properties for clients.
Looking for a new direction, Peter returned to education at the University of Northampton to study Architectural Technology. After graduating and gaining further industry experience, he established Goldline.
Today, Peter brings together his experience of property, renovation and design, with a particular interest in working with investors, bringing older buildings back into use and improving the standard of co-living spaces.
MEET JESSICA
Jessica Goldthorpe
Jessica began working alongside Peter more than ten years ago, managing the letting agency while studying for an MSc in Biomedical Science.
Her experience includes preparing and styling properties for the rental market, with a focus on helping landlords get the most from their properties and ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.
Jessica has also worked in engineering, bringing strong practical and problem-solving skills to Goldline. Her varied background gives her a different perspective on projects and complements Peter’s extensive property experience.
